Hi! I'm Madison Rae Brown, but you can call me Maddy. I'm a freelance illustrator who loves creating bright, colorful art that brings a sense of fun and personality to each piece. My journey in the creative arts began several years ago, and since then, I’ve grown my style through freelance commissions and building a great network of clients.
In 2017, I started studying illustration and concept design at Monroe Community College and Alfred State, and later, I had the chance to train with industry professionals at Brainstorm Burbank in California.
These days, I travel to various events with my art booth, selling stickers, prints, and my favorite—custom cartoon portraits! In 2024, I had the amazing opportunity to bring my cartoon portraits to the Sterling Renaissance Faire, where I loved capturing the unique charm of fairgoers. I’ve also been a part of Saratoga Comic Con 2024 and Snowfest from 2022-2024.
When I’m not drawing, you’ll probably find me hiking in nature, soaking up inspiration for my next piece. I also enjoy helping with set design at my local theater—my favorite project so far has been working on "How to Catch Creation."
